Alle kleur is misprint.
(EN) Pasted up in seconds, torn off in seconds: what remains are the remnants of their image. Torn In Seconds takes a wall of torn posters as its source, converts the photograph to grayscale, then takes the image apart into the four print layers every poster is built from — cyan, magenta, yellow, black — each with its own direction of gaze, and pastes them back together. The incomplete image (CMY) looks symmetric but is not; the complete image (CMYK) is symmetric but reads as noise. All colour is misprint. The archive saves nothing — it keeps the tear.
